John has 12 years experience in customer service and management. He is an ASE certified service consultant and has been a service manager for GM for 5 years. John has an amazing memory and it makes him the "go to guy" for quick answers. John's Mantra is "Be Bold" and it shows in his interactions and management style. In his spare time John enjoys Golf and hanging out with his wife and 2 children.

Danny has a rich 19 year history in Law Enforcement, 17 years in Automotive Sales, 2 years in the Service Department, 20 years Volunteer Rescue Squad, and Tobacco Farmer. In this time he has been awarded Department of Justice Certifications as well as EMT certifications. In his spare time he enjoys muscle cars, watching NASCAR, and eating good BBQ!

Haley has 5 years in customer service and uses that skill daily as the Owners Loyalty Manager here at the dealership. She has an associates degree in business as well a diploma in applied sciences. In her spare time she enjoys taking photos as well as spending time with family. 

Keith has 35 years of customer service experience in a diversity of fields. He has a medical and law enforcement background and worked as a restaurant manager for several years. Keith has been a service consultant for GM for a year and has been ranked top service advisor 6 months straight. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family, riding motorcycles and target shooting.

Moshe has 17 years customer service experience with a background in electronics and automotive. He has been with GM 2 years as a service consultant and enjoys interacting with customers. In his spare time Moshe enjoys bowling, watching football (die hard Philadelphia Eagles fan) wake surfing and anything water related.

Christina has a long history in customer service and has used those skills in dealerships over the past 6+ years. She has most recently worked at Nissan/ Kia where she was a certified Service Consultant. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family.

Lance has been in service over 20 years, his resume includes GM Dealers, Dodge, Enterprise Rent-A-Car and body shops. He has been with GM 8 years and has been recognized in the Mark of Excellence program and has numerous GM certifications. Lance works part time doing Lawn Maintenance and sandblasting when he is off. In his spare time he enjoys trips to the beach with his wife of 15 years and spending time with his 3 boys.

Scott's mechanical career started high school where he attended CCCC at night and received his certification in small engines. He worked part time in a small engine shop until he graduated. After High school he got an associate degree in automotive servicing. He started working on Heavy Equipment where he worked for 2 years then moved to a GM dealer. Scott has 17 years total experience with GM is one of 42 GM World Class Technicians in North Carolina. He is also ASE Master Certified, ASE A9 Diesel Engines certified and Mobile Air Conditioning Society 609 certified. Scott enjoys surf fishing and building custom fishing rods when time allows.

Ron started his 34 year career with GM as a porter, pre delivered all new units and worked on used cars. When he turned 18 he started as a line technician and has worked up to Gold status in all GM categories. Ron is an ASE Master Technician and has held certifications in 21 different ASE categories. Ron has a wife and 2 children and enjoys camping and target shooting in his spare time.

Travis has over 20 years' experience starting when he was young helping his father with his race car. He eventually started running his own car and still enjoys racing today. His performance background has given him much experience in fabrication, engine building, tuning and suspension adjustments. He has an associate degree in automotive servicing is an ASE Master Automobile Technician. Travis has over 9 years' experience with GM.

Danny has 18 years of automotive experience 15 of those with GM. He is ASE certified in Brakes, Steering and Suspension and Engine Repair. Danny is also a GM Gold Certified technician and nearing Master status. When Danny has free time, he enjoys spending time with his 3 daughters. He also enjoys the outdoors hunting, fishing or camping.

Kenneth has an Associates Degree in Automotive System Technologies. He has 3 years experience with GM and is working toward Master Status. In his spare time, he enjoys time with his wife and child and enjoys his motorcycle.

James has over 20 years mechanical experience including 6 with GM. His current study areas are Drivability, Electronics and Automatic Transmissions.

Steven is one of out up and coming technicians, he has over 6 years mechanical experience including all vehicle brands and motorcycles. He has been with GM 6 months and is working hard building his training hours In his spare time Steven likes hanging out with friends, watching movies and anything dealing with Motorcycles. He also says food keeps him happy.

McKinley graduated from Sandhills Community College with an associate degree in Automotive Systems Technology, and later returned to Sandhills as an Automotive Instructor. He holds A.S.E. Master Certification Status, along with ASE certifications in Advanced Engine Performance, and Diesel Engine Performance. McKinley Specializes in Automatic Transmission Repair and Diesel Engine Repair. During his 8 years of experience as a GM Dealer Technician, McKinley has obtained GM Master Certification Status in all GM Training Categories and is currently working to obtain GM World Class Certification. In his free time McKinley enjoys riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle with his Fiancé, and custom metal fabrication projects in his home shop.

Marty has 15+ years of mechanical experience ranging from Military, off road builds to restoration and dealership experience. He has 5 years of training and is finishing up his final ASE tests. Marty enjoys custom fabrication and performing classic restorations in his spare time.

Trayc has many years put into mechanics as he has worked for Racing for Heroes as well as Pinehurst Toyota. He has been awarded a Fundamental GM Service Training award in this time. In his free time he enjoys gaming, drawing, reading, and computer repairs and customization. 

Nevin is an ASE Master technician and has his Advanced Engine Performance Specialist (L1) Certification. He has 2 years training and 12 years' experience in both independent shops and dealerships. He specializes in Drivability diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting. Nevin recently relocated here from Minnesota with his wife and 5 children. He enjoys hiking, biking, singing and playing guitar. He enjoys sharing new experiences with his children and enjoys the chance to teach them new things.

Jose has an Associate Degree in Automotive servicing through UTI and has 7 years' experience with General Motors. He is currently working on his GM certifications and is enrolled in several ASE classes. In his spare time he likes to spend time with friends and family and has a wife and little girl.

Tyler has 12 years customer service experience and 9 years with GM. His experience includes helping move in and build our current parts department from a bare room to the current inventory. Tyler has been happily married 6 years and enjoys camping and riding Four Wheelers with his family.

Josh has 8 years experience in customer service and parts. He also has a background in automotive service. He has been with GM for 5 years. In his spare time Josh enjoys shooting, fishing and riding dirt bikes and 4 wheelers as well as camping.

Thomas has been with Chevrolet for 2 years and before worked as a technician and restaurant manager. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, singing, playing instruments, and attending church. 

Reggie has 24 years total experience with parts and service. He spent half of that as a technician. He has been with GM 2 years. In his spare time he enjoys classic cars and is interested in Bigfoot research. Reggie is married and has 4 children.

Zach has a history in the U.S. Army as a Human Resources Specialist. During this time he was awarded Secret Clearance. He has recently joined the Southern Pines Chevrolet team to learn more about service and mechanics. In his spare time he enjoys being outside, spending time with family, and listening to music.

Ivan has 7+ years experience in sales and customer service. During his time as a sales associate he has been awarded the Pinnacle Sales Award as well as Top Sales Associate for the year of 2021. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as keeping up with his favorite sports. 

Alex has a rich history in customer service where he has been a sales associate, personal trainer, as well in the Army as a member of the Airborne Infantry. Holding these toles he has received ISSA personal trainer certifications as well as Combat Lifesaver Certifications. In his spare time he enjoys fitness, learning the science surrounding fitness, and spending time with his family Dulce and Kevin (Fiancé and son). 

Jared has a long history in the automotive industry as he has been a technician as well as a sales associate. He attended the University of Pembroke where he earned his degree as well as a Microsoft Office Certification. In his spare time he enjoys the outdoors, reptiles, hunting and fishing, as well as sports. "GO BUCKEYES" 

John has over 16 years sales experience where he has spent the last 4 at Southern Pines Chevrolet Buick GMC. He graduated from UNC Pembroke with a 4 year degree. Over the years he has been awarded Top salesman of the year each year here, Pinnacle Elite 3 years, Mark of Excellence, and the Top5 award in the auto group for 3 years in a row. In his spare time he enjoys playing golf, hunting, and fishing. 

Ted has experience as a Sales Associate, Journalist, and Corporate Communications. He has worked over the years in his sales position to earn the Pinnacle award in 2020 as well as 2021. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his grandkids and playing golf. 

George has a history in sales as well as health care. For 4 years he was a transporter for First Health Moore Regional Hospital. During his time as a sales associate he has been awarded the Pinnacle Sales Award as well as Top Sales Associate for the year of 2021. In his spare time he enjoys golf, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with friends at the beach. 

Gary has a history in sales at Farmers home Furniture and the Pinehurst Resort. He has been playing the piano at breakfast there for 20 years. He has been here at Southern Pines Chevrolet for a little over a year. In his spare time he enjoys playing live music for residents in Hospice Care.
