    Visit was fine however I made the appointment a week out to get recall taken care while you had the truck since I live about 35 miles away. When I went to pick up my truck I was informed that the recall wasn’t done because they didn’t have the part,not happy about have to spend my time and gas money because part wasn’t ordered.

    Efrain was exceptional to work with. Ted that helped set up my OnStar was literally the best. I can’t remember the Finance Managers name but he also was great to deal with. Nothing but positivity thru out the dealership. All in all we had a wonderful experience and we drove nearly 2.5 hours to this particular location. I was hesitant to do so being I live in SC and they were NC and I honestly didn’t know how the tag transfer or sales tax would be being I live in SC but they handled it all. Thank you to this group @ Southern Pines Chevrolet for taking care of us.
